I lead product teams on the journey of customer discovery, problem/market fit, and establishing product management and design practices. I'm passionate about systems thinking and give lots of talks about finding unintended consequences.
I built my first website when I was 12, and have been hooked on how tech makes people tick ever since. Everything I do is about making sure people feel welcome, comfortable, and empowered to make a difference.
My approach to design and ecology has been informed by a varied career including work in clinical psychiatry, activism, and working at various sizes of company from the very small to the very large.
Having worked with companies like AT&T, Amazon and Pivotal on everything from network infrastructure to IoT and machine learning, I now am Head of UX for a startup based in London.
